If your consultation results in a prescription not being issued, you will receive a full refund of any consultation or medication fees paid.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times may be subject to courier delays outside our control.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery or that a secure delivery location is provided.
We are unable to accept responsibility for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and dispatched. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact details on our website.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and your medication has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription medicines, in accordance with UK medicines regulations and the GPhC standards of practice.
Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 5 to 10 working days to your original payment method.
